 Starting from a  home office in Raleigh, North Carolina. Homes-By-Holmes Real Estate, was formed in 2005, by Tanisha Holmes a native of Raleigh and the Blue Ridge Mountains.  After working 7 long years in Corporate America and for a Large National Real Estate firm.

Tanisha noticed  there was no
negoating for the  working class when it came to listing commission and real estate assistant. A great deal of seller's equity is tied up in excessive real estate fees.  firms.  I wanted to make sure I was able to offer a service where everyone wins.

When I first purchased my home at the age of twenty-three. I worked three jobs and   all  summer to save $8,ooo.  As a first time home buyer, I was so excited about owning my first home, And I did not ask the right questions. 

I learn quickly how important it was to hire a  GOOD AGENT. You  need someone to work hard on your behalf. We will !  

Homes-by-Holmes has market their services to local shops, schools, and communities, charities and organizations.
Our services and products have become increasingly popular in the Triangle. 

On a average our firm closes 125 homes a year. We have the  expertise to conduct various transactions.

We have serviced over 300 families in North Carolina.

In 2008 Tanisha  purchased a historic cotton mill in Downtown  Franklinton,  North Carolina; known as the Sterling Cotton Mill.

Part of the uptown and Historic Preservation society, Tanisha completely renovated the cotton mill. Today the mill is the main headquarters of Homes-By-Holmes Real Estate. 

In the Summer of 2008 , Tanisha was appointed as the Treasurer of the Franklinton Economic Division and the Vice President  for Franklinton Chamber of Commerce.   
In October 2009 Tanisha was appointed as the President of  Franklinton Chamber of Commerce.
